Windmill Honey Farm was established in Cashel, Co. Tipperary in 2020 and is proudly rooted in four generations of family beekeeping knowledge. Here, amidst Tipperary’s lush Golden Vale, we honour traditional and sustainable beekeeping practices passed down through the years. With a profound respect for our bees and their vital role in our ecosystem, we cherish every gift they provide. From the golden sweetness of our 100% raw Irish honey to the warm glow of our handmade beeswax candles, our products reflect the essence of nature's bounty. We believe in using every precious resource the bees offer, ensuring that nothing goes to waste.
